About the Festival

Rights! Camera! Action! is a film festival celebrating reproductive health and rights. An annual event, beginning with a pilot in January 2005 and making its full-scale debut in 2006, Rights! Camera! Action! is taking place at locations around the nation: at nonprofits, universities and community-based organizations. Rights! Camera! Action! represents an unprecedented collaboration between nonprofit groups and the film industry that aims to extend the power of film to groups looking for exciting ways to educate and mobilize their constituents about these important issues.

Rights! Camera! Action! is cosponsored by the Pro-Choice Public Education Project and the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health and is made possible by the generous support of the Ms. Foundation.
