The HSE, also known as The Health and Safety Executive, is one of the most efficient quasi-autonomous non-governmental organizations in the UK and is responsible for proposing and enforcement of regulations that aim at overall health safety and welfare of employees at workplaces. The HSE law celebrates the jurisprudential approach that every worker has complete right to enjoy a work environment that may provide them with complete protection to health and safety issues.
